YTT 200 Spring 2026
March 2-May 16, 2026
Join us for our 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified training, designed to lay the foundation for your path as a yoga teacher. Our program is an opportunity to begin the study of yoga, providing you with the core knowledge and practical skills to guide others. We believe that while all 200-hour YTT programs are a great starting point for any yoga student, each program has its unique strengths that make it the right choice for different individuals.
In our comprehensive program, you’ll be introduced to foundational topics including philosophy, anatomy, the 8-limb path of yoga, sequencing, postures, business, ethics, and teaching methodology. While 200 hours is just the beginning of your yoga journey, we focus on making sure you're fully prepared to step into a teaching role upon graduation.
The study of yoga is a lifelong process, and as you grow and evolve, there will always be new areas to explore and deepen your understanding. Our in-person training emphasizes building a solid foundation so you can begin sharing the practice with others confidently and competently.
Additionally, for those eager to gain hands-on experience, we offer the opportunity to lead paid community classes at Heights Yoga. This internship provides a unique chance to put what you've learned into practice and gain real-world experience leading studio classes.
Your 200-hour training is just the beginning. We’ll support you every step of the way, ensuring you're ready to teach and share yoga's transformative power.

Our 50-hour Deepen Your Practice course offers a more intimate, focused experience for those looking to refine their own personal yoga practice. This course is designed to provide an introduction to key aspects of yoga—on a smaller scale—while allowing you to concentrate on your unique journey. If you're someone looking to perfect your current asana practice, this course will help you tune into what works best for your body and enhance your personal practice.
Over the course of a few weekends, you’ll have the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals, engage in meaningful conversations about yoga, and explore different aspects of the practice. This course is ideal for those who want to deepen their knowledge without committing to a full 200-hour teacher training, but also serves as a perfect introduction for anyone considering a future YTT.
For those who decide to take the next step and enroll in our full 200-hour YTT in the spring, we’ll deduct $500 from your tuition, making it an even more accessible opportunity to continue your yoga journey.
Whether you're looking to refine your practice, connect with others, or explore the possibility of teaching in the future, this 50-hour course will give you the tools to move forward with confidence.
